The StrathAyr Track at Kranji has been providing safe, all-weather racing since 1999. The StrathAyr technology was selected following extensive trials comparing various drainage and growing medium concepts.

Singapore’s StrathAyr Track boasts a heavy racing program. Despite rainfall prior to and during meetings frequently exceeding 100mm (4 inches) and on occasions exceeding 200mm (8 inches) there has never been a race meeting cancellation.

Singapore Turf Club maintains extensive records on break down rates and since the construction of the new Kranji course proper, their injury rates have dramatically reduced.
